Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup Corn kernels (boil)


  • 1 cup gram flour


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 2 chopped green chili


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp chopped capsicum


  • 1 tbsp chopped onion


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 2 tsp garam Masala


  • 1 tsp daniyajeera powder


  • 2 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 cup Oil for deep fry


  • 1 tsp fruit salt

Directions

  • Crush corn kernels in mixture (do not crush as a paste grind only ruffly )
  • Take a corn crush in a bowl add gram flour , salt , Green chili
  • Mix well and add onion , capsicum ,chili powder , garam Masala And daniyajerra powder
  • Add 3 to 4 tbsp water or as required
  • Do not make a batter as making vada it consume less water
  • Add fruit salt and mix
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Make a small or medium size of vada and put in to hot oil
  • Fry until golden brown
  • Serve hot with green chatney
